Because safeguarding should never feel like guesswork.
The role matters
Supporting young performers is not just being present in the room. It is understanding licensing conditions, safeguarding practice, production pressure, child welfare, education time, rest breaks, tutoring arrangements and the confidence to speak up when something is not right.
Real-world backup for the moments that matter. Ask, compare, sanity-check and strengthen your judgement with people who know the job.
